Tidbits - SPOILERS
Walkey, Adam. 18 years old, with no prior complaints, but he owned the Ford Explorer the CSI folk matched up to the Brian Clemonds murder. Tall, wavy brown hair, brown eyes, looks like an average college student. Came to the station equipped with a lawyer, but Grissom had a warrant for blood and a scalp search. The blood sample they took showed he had Psuedomonas Aeruginosa (he has fluorescent blue dots in his blood), which matched the blood found on Brian Clemond's hands.
He and Mark Rucker beat up Brian, then Mark backed up the SUV and ran over and killed Brian. Adam had a scholarship to Duke University, but undoubtedly will not be using it any time soon.

Clemonds, Brian. Born in Las Vegas, 22 years old. He was born deaf, with a congential defect of the malleus. He died in 2001, victim of a beating and then being run over by an SUV. Evidence at first indicated he'd died of being run over by a vehicle, but he'd been run over twice – once by an SUV (fatal) and then a compact car. Blood found on his knuckles indicated he'd been in a fight.
Dog. At first Adam Walkey and later Mark Rucker and said they ran over a dog, not Brian Clemonds, so they kept driving.
Ford Explorer. Adam Walkey's vehicle, and the one which fatally ran over Brian Clemonds.
Lice. AKA Pediculus capitis or head lice. They're small parasitic insects who live mainly on the scalp and neck hairs of humans. After head colds, the most common problem in children. Anyway, lice were found on Brian Clemonds' body, but not on his scalp, indicating they had fallen off his killer. They found lice on the driver's side seat of Adam Walkey's SUV, but he didn't have lice, but his 'passenger,' Mark/Jack Rucker, did. The lice helped incriminate both in Brian's death.
Rucker, Mark. Adam Walkey's friend. Dark sort of greasy hair, dark eyes, eyebrows, in his 20s or late teens. At first he said Adam was driving, but the lice proved that he'd been in the driver's seat. He then changed his story about running over a dog, saying Adam didn't want to go to the police because Adam had a scholarship to Duke next year. However, Grissom theorized they saw Brian leave the liquor store, and tried to get his attention but since he was deaf, he didn't hear them. Enraged at being ignored, they got out of the SUV and beat up Brian, then in panic and rage, Mark backed over and killed Brian.

Warrick: So the guy's a glow-stick. How does that help us track him down?
Grissom: What do you call a guy with blue-dotted blood, lice, and keys to a Ford Explorer?
Warrick: A suspect?
Grissom: A killer.
